Weird thing on my nose?

Under my left
nostral are these 3 small white dots that look like small pimples. What r they
and how do i get rid of them.
whiteheads, which are blocked pores, resulting oily skin. Just wash your face
with a good face wash to get rid of them
they are milas..
i get htem sometime.

they are pimples.. some pimples are red, skin colors, or even blackheads are
black! they will go away, just wash your face every night! best wishes
