Yeast infection?
ok so my vagina has been
itchy for a long time , I dont notice it all the time but it is really annoying.
Today i just got a sticky white ooze coming out of my vagina and some white
speks, is this forsure a yeast infection?

Well this is the deal.
Last time I ate was at 3:30 ish. Before that I had likea huge breakfast.
Now it is 8pm.
My stomach keeps making loud blubblub noises, and feels like its rolling around
[not a nauseous thing, just flippy].
I keep getting blubs in my intestines too and can't stop belching or passing
gas.
I also have an acidy taste in the back of my throat.
I am not dehydrated because my urine is really pale, almost clear, so that isn't
it.
Any ideas what's going on??

burning in the back of your throat continues, see your Dr. This burning can lead
to severe damage and make swallowing difficult. I have personal knowledge of
this problem. GI doc should be able to set you right.

Does YAZ help your ance?????
i just started
to take it about a month ago and it has not really help my acne. How long does
YAZ take to start working ????
When i first started Yaz it actually made my acne worse for the first month, I
am now finishing my second month and almost everything has cleared up! I would
say I started to notice improvement by the second week of the second pack. It
will most likely help yours if your acne is hormonal. I didnt have acne before i
started bc but i was on Lessina and it made me break out really bad. I also use
Proactiv on my face but i only use the wash and toner because the lotion makes
my face worse. Hope this helps and stick with it for a couple months to get the
full effect, i am hoping my face gets even better in the months ahead. Good

How is the best weigh to tone your body?
i
have a flat stomach and arms but my theighs and butt are kinda big?? i just
wanna tone it up. not loose like a lotta weight...advise please???????
Work out with weights. If you are a girl you can't bulk up, so don't be afraid
to lift heavy weights. :) (I'm a woman and I go as heavy as I can lift while
maintaining proper form.) Cardio is also good for reducing overall body fat to
help your muscles show better. Spot reduction is a myth, so thigh and butt
exercises won't remove fat from those areas, but it will tone the muscle under
the fat.
It also help to eat a clean diet with plenty of meat, veggies, and dairy
products. It takes protein to tone muscles.
Lift some light weights with your arms (bicep curls or shoulder lifts). Also try
some sit ups. Just start off gentle and in a matter days you will feel different
and after a few weeks you will notice a visible difference too.

I burst mine when i was like 5, 8 years ago and they didn't know that it was
burst and it was burst for about 5 days beofre they found out and then if i
didnt get the surgery i wouldve died so just go as fast as you can to the ER
maybe i can help... My burst inside of me when i was 12. I went to a dr twice
when it was inflamed she told me it was my glands. A week later i seen another
dr and he said its my appendix and called an ambulance. i went into surgery
straight away but there was nothing left the surgeon hadnt seen anything like
it. The estimated it being burst for aprox. 72hrs so 3 days. They didnt think i
was gonna make it they stuck draining tubes in me and hoped for the best. Im now
22 so 10 years later im still alive but i have to have ops every 3 years because
of adheasions from the mess it made. So to answer you question it is possible to
live but everyone is different and everybodys body will react different there is
on set time. I was one of the lucky ones. If you think its about to burst go
straight to a hospital dont sit around

Recovering from viral meiningits?
Im just
wondering if this is normal...Well i started getting sick bout 2 weeks ago it
started off as a throat infection i was put on antibiotics but i started to get
really sick my neck started to hurt when i tryed to touch my chin to my chest,
my head ached non stop the lights were too much. Fevers are driving me nuts and
i cant keep any food down. Well i went to the hospital on wednesday and they did
2 lumber punchers (spinal taps) because they werent sure if it was bacterial or
viral they were concerned because i had antibiotics they said it could have
partically treated it. The tests came back and they told me it was viral
meningitis they kept me in hospital that night and had me on the drip and
monitered me. The dr said it usually lasts 10 days and i can go home but come
back in 2 days to make sure im doing ok. well its been just over a week sense i
first had the stiff neck and fevers and im feeling abit better but my muscles in
my back are aching alot is this normal?
It may take up to a month to get rid of nerve irritation from the viral agent.
You should call your doctor discuss if he thinks pain medication or muscle
relaxers may be indicated to treat the aching pain..
Did you go back to the doctor in 2 days as the doctor suggested you do after the
hospital stay?

How long do bruises last for after a nose job?

Please share your experience with cerazette mini POP pill?
I started the mini POP pill on friday (the 1st day of my
period) so far my period has been MUCH heavier than usual but I am not getting
any cramps or PMS symptoms. I was wondering whether it was likely that I would
be unfortunate like some and get weeks of bleeding? As my period is heavy and
the bleeding hasn't stopped.
What were your experiences when 1st starting cerazette? For those who didn't
have periods, did your period immediately stop when you took the pill?
Those who had constant bleeding, what was the run up to this like? Did your
natural period fail to stop?
I want to see what is likely to happen to me. Its only the 3rd day of my period
so if it doesn't stop in 2-3 days I guess I will be suffering from continuous
bleeds.
Please share your experience from when you 1st started taking the pill to whats
the normal occurence now.
Also did your sex drive decrease? Did your boobs grow?

I don't take Crazette but I do take Errin, which is another form of POP. When I
first started it, that period finished out like normal: same number of days,
heaviness of bleeding, cramping. Then when i got my next period it was extremely
light, and the one after that was even lighter, and then I stopped getting them
all together. My doctor told me that not getting my period was perfectly normal
with any birth control pill.
It is important to remember with a POP that you MUST take it at the same time
everyday or you will get breakthrough bleeding. So if you normally take it at 6
o'clock, you have to make sure you take it sometime between 5 and 7 or you will
start to bleed. This happened to me a couple times, so I set an alarm on my cell
to remind me.
Also, remember that the success rate of POPs at preventing preganacy compared
with the combined pill is less, so make sure that you use a condom in addition
to the Pill everytime you have sex.
Hope this helps you out some!!!

I had a terrible sinus headache last night. I tried as we all do
different things to help relieve the pain. I tried to hold my head with my
forehead straight down on a table (or any flat surface, not sure if needs to be
a cool surface) for about 5 to 10 minutes. I don't think it took that long. My
sinuses began to drain and my head stopped hurting. It would be neat if this
proved to be a quick cure. Would like to see others feedback over time using

Parents don't believe that i need counseling?? they kept saying that i need to have more faith?? but im really

always paranoid..deluded..imaginative...a worrier gets constant anxiety
attacks...do you think i need professional help? my parents don't believe me
that i need theraphy...help..thay won;t listen to me...they dont understand

Maybe it is a school counselor, teacher, friend's parent, or relative. Choose
someone to be by your side when you explain to your parents that you need more
help, that mental illness is just like physical illness in that you need
professional intervention in order to heal. You sound very stressed and have
some heavy symptoms going on that must be incredibly difficult for you to
weather. I commend you for knowing what you need, deep down inside. But, you
don't need to go this road alone. Check out NAMI at www.nami.org They have great
resources for adults, teens, and children with mental health concerns. Also,
you're clearly good at using the internet. Type your town, state, and the words
"mental illness support" into a search engine. There's lots of free help out
there for you. But, I would highly suggest you continue to pursue it -- with the
diligent support of a trusted adult. Good luck to you. You are clearly a very
brave person.

Is taking two 20mg Adderall xr pills more effective if I took just one 30mg Adderal XR?
Im wondering if I should tell the doctor that the Adderall XR 20mg she prescribed me isn't working and to possibly make my dosing higher. She switched me from the high dose of Concerta 72mg to Adderall XR 20mg because the Concerta lost its effectiveness. She also prescribed the immediate Adderall 10mg to take when I felt like the Adderall XR20mg was wearing off but I will take one of those and not feel it working and I'm back to my none focused scattered self again. So I started taking two 20mg xrs and still feel like it isn't doing anything or working anymore. Whats the deal!?

Did anybody know which weight lose pill can works ?

I know a guy who lost like 65 lbs. from taking it.
It makes you poo a lot though
Um... I used Nv for a while but it says take 2 pills a day I had to go to one
pill a day because i caught myself not eating even after i didnt take the pill
for a day so its like really dramatic on how much you eat but i lost like 30
lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. hope i helped

If you feel good and its smell and taste
does not cause your stomach to rebel, certainly. Tomato sauce is fairly acidic,

Home workouts?
What are some workouts I can
do at home invloving no excercise equiment? Ecspecially ones to help my belly
fat! =)
Do abdominal exercises.
Go to a library and find a book on body parts specific exercises. You may find
them on the Internet also. Select about 30 position or movement.
Then do them. But rotate a few every few days. Do total of 100 moves per day.
Start out with about 30 moves and build up to 100 moves.
When you loose weight you loose it all over as a rule so try the next thing too.

Simply put any person eating only say 1500 calories a day will not put on any
additional weight. At this level of calories consumption the person should loose
some weight over long haul, depending on the individual rate of metabolism.

Increasing the Height

Cycling is good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you
will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For
safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat
the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the
race.
Stretching exercises on floor.

Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.

Lay on your back and put your hands palm down under your buttocks. You're going
to lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground and hold them there for 5
seconds and repeat 10-15 times and then rest for a couple minutes and repeat 2
more sets. If you can't to both at the same time, just do one leg at a time and
rotate legs rather than resting in between sets.

exercise band. It has handles and is approximately 6 feet long. You can do all
kinds of exercises that are just as effective as any exercise machine and the

recommend doing.....it helps i recently started it...but once you start you have
to stick to it. or you won't get results....

Increasing the Height

In rare cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
Cycling is good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you
will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For
safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat

from my personal trianer(since im a runner i have one) and she said for belly
fat some celebrities are told by their trainers to do 50 crunches a night, they
also do 50 lunges for their legs,......just to tell you...so that's what i
recommend doing.....it helps i recently started it...but once you start you have
to stick to it. or you won't get results....

Am i overweight?
I am 12 years old and i
wiegh 109! Is that considered overwieght? please answer!!!!

I actually myself consider 106-116 to be about a perfect weight for any girl of
the ages of 12 to 20's that are about 4' 11" to 5' 4".

I love that she's still got a real body in Hollywood rather than being a stick thin size 0. I know she's a US4/6 (she said it in an interview). I’m a US size 7/8. But Katie is heaps taller than me, she's about 170cm and I'm about 162cm.
Can anyone tell me how I can get to her size (US4/6)? Also, how can I achieve a toned and sculpted body like hers but still have that womanly shape? I don’t want to become a total stick insect.
if you have low self esteem then be warned that perhaps it is not because of your perceived body flaws, but because of something deeper so loosing weight might not solve the problem. However you seem to have a good head on your shoulders anyway. I think that it would take you about 6 months to get a figure close to that which is not that long really. A half an hour of cardio paired with a half an hour of strength training 5 days per week should do it. Try jogging for cardio and then maybe get a strength training for women book at the book store or google strength training for women. Good luck :)

Try to always stay positive with yourself and compliment what you like about your body. If you really want to get toned I would recommend getting a trainer. You need to get a good muscle toning work out a long with a cardio workout. Doing different muscles everyday is the best way to go about this. Usually those type of videos don't do much and using the bike alone isn't best. You should invest in a gym membership instead. Also make sure your on a healthy diet with plenty of grains and vegetables. If you work on toning your body you will have a sculpted body. Usually people who are stick skinny starve themselves. Working out is what is really going to help you reach your goal.

There is always surgery but I saw on TV this girl who was like you...she was pretty but went for surgery. She lost a lot of weight in her hips but also went from a C to an A in the chest. You have to be very careful with your body you know. Your DNA and something called a fat thermastat in your brain tries to keep your body at a certain level. So just try to get with people that know a lot about it before you do too much on your own. You dont' want to hurt your body. Also, you might want to check out to see if you have something called body dismorphic disorder. That is when a person, usually a women, is beautiful but they do not see themselves that way. No matter what they do they are never satisfied with how they look. BDD, I believe is a psychological and phisiological condition. Just something to think about. But my best advice is just to try to be happy with who you are because even beautiful women don't stay that way very long. Neither do us men.

My arm hurts when I raise it or try to pick something up?
My arm hurts if I hold it out like I'm trying to balance on
a balance beam or if I reach behind me in the car to hand the kids something in
the backseat. I can't sleep on that side and I can't hold my kid with that arm.
I've been to the doctor and she didn't seem concerned at all, at the time she
gave me steroids for a sinus infection and it seemed like it helped my arm at
least temporarily.
I've tried aspercream, prescription strength advil, heat, massage, cold packs
and NOTHING helps.
Any ideas? anything I can try? The only problem with seeing a new doctor is that
they would probably want to do X-Rays and I haven't met my $500 deductible so
any sort of test will cost me a fortune.
This sounds exactly like how my arm felt when I hurt my shoulder. The injury was
a nerve in my shoulder, but all the symptoms were in my arm. Have you fallen
against your shoulder recently?
At that time I was told to continue to move my arm through range of motion, all
the way around, and up all the way, like you said, like holding it out on a
balance beam, but the raise it up and over your head.
There is also the risk that if things in your shoulder are inflamed that you
could get adhesions, and that could lead to frozen shoulder, so don't be afraid
to take those anti-inflammatories. This might also be why the steroids helped.

contact since they are a medical device. No place, not even online, will sell
you contacts if you do not have a doctor's perscription. (It's the law)

Um pimple + vagina?
ok so i found this really big pimple or somthing its red in the middle and pink im 14 im not sexualy active what is this? i poped it clear stuff came out and barley and blood

I could be just a big pimple? Sometimes if jeans or pants are too tight a pimple can develop because heat and moisture gets trapped under the clothing and can't circulate. Bathing the area every night will help stop them from developing.
But it sounds like you don't think it is.
The other side to this is a genital herpes sore. If you have been in contact with an infected person who is in the middle of an outbreak, you are at risk. There is a blood test that you can get that will determine if you are infected and now there is a course of treatment of pills to take for it.
It could be an ingrown hair if it is in that region. Just put a dab on antibiotic ointment on it and it should be okay. If it does not heal or still leaks fluid after a few days, be sure to tell your Mom and see what she thinks.
I think that's pretty normal especially for your age, but if you want to make sure you could ask a doctor.

If your internal organs
collapse or fail (including lungs), could you be able to cough up blood?
Dont judge my question im curious XP
You need more information. If your lungs collapsed you would not be breathing so
then no coughing would occur. If you have say something wrong with your stomach
or your intestines than yes you can probably cough up blood. if you are coughing
up blood, and it's not stopping or is a lot of blood. I would go to the doctor.
You could just have a really raw throat or you could have some complications
with smoking. I would still just go to the doctor.
Possibly, depends on the cause and injury.

The best over the counter is "Rembrandt". But a word of caution, if you have any
dental restorations. They do not bleach.
They forever stay the same shade. Also, if you really want to do it right, see a
dentist. It costs more, but you have support if you run into problems. Like
sensitivity, swollen gums, uneven bleaching, etc. As a dental tech. I always
advise against bleaching because it can make your teeth look like chalk. And
this looks unnatural. And it is real hard to match when a restoration is
required.

take home bleaching trays.
Try Colgate Advanced Whitening .It remove stains. . .

i have tried crest white strips, but they dont really seem to do a whole lot.
