have a flat stomach and arms but my theighs and butt are kinda big?? i just
wanna tone it up. not loose like a lotta weight...advise please???????
Work out with weights. If you are a girl you can't bulk up, so don't be afraid
to lift heavy weights. :) (I'm a woman and I go as heavy as I can lift while
maintaining proper form.) Cardio is also good for reducing overall body fat to
help your muscles show better. Spot reduction is a myth, so thigh and butt
exercises won't remove fat from those areas, but it will tone the muscle under
the fat.
It also help to eat a clean diet with plenty of meat, veggies, and dairy
products. It takes protein to tone muscles.
Lift some light weights with your arms (bicep curls or shoulder lifts). Also try
some sit ups. Just start off gentle and in a matter days you will feel different
and after a few weeks you will notice a visible difference too.

workout with a sport like football or on ur own time do any lifts u can with
free weights with 8-12 reps (8-12 is the amount u need to tone)... and watch the
amount of fat u get
