that i need theraphy...help..thay won;t listen to me...they dont understand
It is very important that you seek help NOW. Reach out to an adult you trust.
Maybe it is a school counselor, teacher, friend's parent, or relative. Choose
someone to be by your side when you explain to your parents that you need more
help, that mental illness is just like physical illness in that you need
professional intervention in order to heal. You sound very stressed and have
some heavy symptoms going on that must be incredibly difficult for you to
weather. I commend you for knowing what you need, deep down inside. But, you
don't need to go this road alone. Check out NAMI at www.nami.org They have great
resources for adults, teens, and children with mental health concerns. Also,
you're clearly good at using the internet. Type your town, state, and the words
"mental illness support" into a search engine. There's lots of free help out
there for you. But, I would highly suggest you continue to pursue it -- with the
diligent support of a trusted adult. Good luck to you. You are clearly a very
brave person.
Explain to your parents that they need to have faith in you. Only you know what
is going on in your mind. Therapy (one-on-one and group) will give you an
opportunity to realize that you are not alone, you do not need to suffer in
silence, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If you are worried about
paying for therapy, contact your school counselor, your pastor, your county's
health department. Reach out for help. Good luck.
Take exactly what you have written here and go to your school counselor tomorrow
morning and explain it to them. They can arrange for you to get counseling with
or without your parent's permission.

The most important thing is for you to get the help and medical care that you
might want or need right now and your school counselor will make sure that
happens.

Good luck!
You should seek help from your school counselor. Or, since you seem to be
Christian by the faith remark, talk to your pastor.
I would start with him. Most Churches have people to deal with mental issues on
staff. If not, they will help you get professional help. And yes, you do need to
see someone. And soon.
I don't know how old you are, but go to your school nurse and see if she/he can
help......get the help you need please. Call a local agency, do whatever you
need to do. Good luck and hope the future gets brighter for you. Been there.
Talk to a school counselor first. Just talk with him or her for a while and they
will suggest if you need counseling outside of school. And if you want they will
tlak to your parents about it for you.
If you are experiencing all these symptoms, you do need to get professional
help. You probably need to be on antidepressants. Having more faith won't fix
this. Keep asking for their help. I wonder how old you are........
if u go to school they shud hav counsellors
