For the past week or
so i've been feeling different, but im not sick, well at least i dont think i
am. First it was just that my stomach would feel kinda funny, like gooish. Even
if i didnt eat much for the past few hours or so. and then my head started to
bother me, like i was dizzy. and this weekend i started noticeing that i'm
REALLY REALLY tired. i feel like im about to fall asleep. but normally im a
really hyper awake person. So does anyone know if this is symptoms to a sickness
or something? and yes, i have drank a lot of water, so many people have told me
that, and it hasnt worked if thats what ur gonna say
Are you vegetarian or lactose intolerant?? If you are then it is really
important that you supplement with a multi B complex supplement on a daily
basis..... This sounds like iron deficiency anemia to me as somebody has already
mentioned.
Iron deficiency anemia will produce symptoms such as excessive feelings of being
cold, fatigue and exhaustion, nasty nasty headaches, paleness of skin, dizzy and
fainting spells, irritability and moodiness .... are you eating enough iron rich
foods?? Without the B6 that meat so richly provides you will also have digestive
troubles as B6 is essential for producing hydrochloric acid in your tummy.
A good way to check if you have iron deficiency anemia is to look at the
coloring of the inner lid of your bottom eyelid ........ pasty and white means
that you are anemic, rich and red is healthy and not anemic
Please ensure that you are also getting enough calcium, vitamin D (known as the
sunshine vitamin) and vitamins B6 and B12 as all these are needed for the
effective assimilation of iron in your body .......... take a multi B complex
supplement containing all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folate
etc.... as they all work best as a group.... don't buy any of the B complex of
vitamins individually but rather as a whole group unless a nutritionally
oriented physician or naturopath specifically tells you to do so.
hope this helps you ?
take care of you ?
CHEERS

CHEERS Report It
Gosh, it could be so many things.
Perhaps, you are anemic, meaning you do not get enough iron through your diet.
And with being a women, a lot of iron is lost due to menses.
There are iron supplements available, but try using a pre-natal vitamin. Instead
of two, if you were pregnant, use one pill.
And eat lots of dark leafy greens, broccoli, kidney beans and red cabbage.

Pregnant
Your best bet would be to see a doctor.
