I just got done my
bulking up phase, and now i want to get cut/lean. What is a good way or routine
to do so. I know i have to eat 500 calories less than i am required to lose
weight, but i don't want to lose any muscle. Please help. Also i know cardio
helps alot, and i think its less sets, more reps to lose weight and more sets,
less reps to bulk up. Any suggestions will help.
I think we spend too much time on calorie counting. When working out you need to
eat more not less and make sure it's healthy with lots of protein. I would have
done cardio first lose weight and then hit the weights hard to burn fat faster
and bulk up. Then just to more reps and less weight to maintain.
Keep up with squats, abdominal and obliques, treadmill(increasing reps) and
another great way is boxing and/or martial arts are sure to keep you lean
without losing muscle
With cardio make sure you change and intensify your routine every so
often
