Are there any side effects to a rhinoplasty?

You shouldnt have any after effects except for the bruising. You'll
probably have black eyes for a few weeks and some swelling but after it has all
disappeared there shouldnt be any other side effects at all.
swelling,bruising.....but after a couple of months it'll probably go away or it
just might not look the way you wanted it to look.
your nose could look ridiculous?
