Protein Powder Help! Workout Tips?

I'm 16
years old.
5'9
133 pounds

i want to start taking some protein powder shakes
lets assume that it has 1000 calories per cup
what are some exercises that i can do AT HOME to burn off all those calories.
stuff like pushups, situps, cunches, etc . .
and how many of eachdo i have to do?
if u have nay more suggestions please offer them

protein powder shakes dont work..

im 5'11"
140 lbs
17 years old

i gained muscle by simply eating meat in all 3 meals of my day..even if it isnt
the main part but simply eating it helps
shakes are honestly a waste of money...

i usually eat
breakfast - bacon and ham
lunch - turkey/ham/beef sandwich
dinner - any meat product will do

then i just eat a side of something with it such as eggs or bread
go to www.menshealth.com they have a routine that you can use at
home.
