The Perfect Push

I just got it today. It was
$20, so I figured I would give it a shot. I have it, and I can defiantly see
that it tires you out more than a regular push-up (Which is good). My question
is how many should I do a day? I don't really understand the chart too well, so
how much do you think I should do? I want to get big rather fast (I know it's
not a miracle machine for $20, but I want to do the hardest work-outs possible).

How much should I do per day?

Thanks in advance.
first week-- do only what you can do without forcing yourself
second week--- add 5
third week --------add 10
fourth week---- do as many as you can without forcing yourself and keep on
adding 10% whenever you get confortable with the current work load.
THIS WILL ELIMINATE INJURIES WHICH ARE COSTLY AND SLOW DOWN YOUR PROGRESS
Only you can tell how much your body can handle, once you've reached a certain
point, you should stop and let your body rest or else you'll pull or injure a
muscle.
20? The ones I looked at are 40. Where'd you get it?
