Breast enlargements surgery?

okay i'm going
to get my boobs done very soon and i am very excited about it and i made my
decision
for those who have done this i have a few question and need your help please
1. how long after surgery i can get up and go to work?
especially if your job is moving your arms alot like driving
2.do my clothes still fit me ? if i 'm going from size a to full c
3. for how long after surgery should i wear sports bra? or can i wear whatever
bra i like?

Just had mine done last week and I had no pain at all. I am pretty small and I
got 400cc above the muscle, cut under the breast. I just tried on some of my
tops and everything still fits. I just feel it out. I am still wearing the
surgery bra which is really tight and itchy. I was picking my 10 month up old
the next day. I have already drove, cleaned house and wwashed my hair and have
had no pain.
