Does this really work?

Does St. John's wort
actually help with anxiety? What is the recommended dosage?
For some people it's great. But if you are taking any other prescription
medicines ask the pharmacist if you can take St. John's Wort with it. I can tell
you from experience that it did work for me but was not a good combination with
my anti-seizure medicine.

The dose should be on the bottle. If you try it and it works great. If you don't
try it you will never know so as long as you aren't taking any prescription,
over the counter, or other herbal ones that are bad combinations (the internet
should help you know you look up if they are), then why not try it?

Uhura
I've heard that it helps with light depression. I don't know about anxiety. The
bottle will come with a recommended dosage. Please follow that. It's there for a
reason. If you have trouble reading it (too small print, can't understand the
bigger words, anything) please ask a clerk to read it for you and explain it to
you. They do this all the time and won't think a thing of it.
You may try taking virgin coconut oil instead. Extra virgin coconut oil really
heloed me to feel relaxed. St. John's wort did help me with my depression, but I
do not remember it helping with anxiety.
I personally didn't see much result with St. John's Wort, but had much success
with Valerian Root. Its especially good if you're having a hard time falling
asleep.
