Is cancer paper good or bad for?

I know
black and milds are not good for you, but i was wondering if your going to smoke
one, is it better to do it with the cancer paper or without? Does it cause
cancer or prevent it?

cancer paper is used to regulate how fast it burns. it has many more chemicals.
