it only happens sometimes, but right after i
finish eating my apple or pear, my lip itches, then hurts and gets really
swollen.

It sounds like oral allergy syndrome. These foods only bother you when they are
raw, don't they? Apples and pears are related to birch trees. You are probably
also allergic to birch pollen. Allergy desensitation shots to birch pollen would
probably also cure your allergy to pears and apples.
I agree with the other posters that you are allergic to those particular fresh
fruits. You need to get tested for allergies if your reaction goes beyond just
itchy, swollen lips. For the time being, you should avoid those two fruits and
also carry some benadryl with you (in case of emergency). Hope this helps.
You probably have an allergy to those fruits. Try applying some Benedryl
directly on the itch and swelling. If it goes down and stops itching, you need
to stop eating those fruits.
You are allergic to those kinds of fruits,,so you better avoid
them...
