Weird and creepy..................help?

ok
ive been on this new diet thinggie for a few months and ive started to look
decent like i used to way 170 and i look like i way 140 no which is a big deal
for me (add the brests to that weight ) so i look normal but when i get on the
scale it said 176 so i got new scales and it said 175. my friends say i look
like ive lost weight and so do otherpeople....even those who have been cruel
about my weight admit that i look smaller whats up with this
you are probobly losing inches. Weight is relative, especially if you are
gaining muscle. People are dumbfounded when I say I weigh 170, because I wear a
size 8 and am only 5'7". But I also have a lot of muscle from snowboaridng, mtn
biking and weight training. I didn't 'bulk' up, but having a lot of muscle burns
a lot more sedentary calories. So keep up the good work!
There's nothing weird or creepy about that. Different scales may measure your
weight differently. In fact, moving the same scale from one location to the
other or weighing yourself more than once or at different times of the day can
also register different weights. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day and
from one day to the next. The best way to see how your progressing is to measure
yourself instead. Ignore the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it is
possible that you can gain weight, but lose inches. Judge your progress by your
measurements and how your clothes fit.
Well your body could have reshaped slightly giving you a thinner look. It
happens. Did you work out during your diet? If so your musclemass have increased
and your weight is indifferent even though you got rid of some fat.

I does look like you should try out a better diet. If you want a recommendation,
you should visit the health and fitness pages at uwinss.com. There is a great
selection of good diet plans
hmm, that's weird.. maybe muscle mass??
if you're losing weight, it must be something else.. so either you're getting
taller which makes you look thinner, or your fat was being replaced by muscle..
which is good.
