it's either on my right or left side below my ribcage it depends
sometimes it varies
each time i run more and more it only hurts worse and takes more time to go away
you need potassium before you start running try to eat a few bananas before
every run
DO NOT RUN THROUGH IT. Body pain is a signal that something is wrong, and you
should slow down and walk for a minute or two. That being said, it's nothing
serious! I read that people tend to exhale when they land on their right foot,
thus jolting the liver, and this can cause the muscles around it in your abdomen
to cramp. Try inhaling on your right foot steps and exhaling on left foot steps
(not every single one...like every 3rd step...if you understand?) Also make sure
you haven't had too much or too little water.
i get that too.....it is perfectly normal, don't worry about it. U just need to
keep pushing urself, and then ur body will get used to the running. I kno it
hurts, but if u don't it will just continue to get worse.
