im a girl in the 8th grade and i just found out
that the 8 grader are goung to water wrapids and i gotten a little fat! and i
realy want to loose some of it so that way i can 1.look nice for the boys 2. to
show off in front of this cute boy that i like!! but ince i gotten fatter it
been hard becaude i dont got tha same body i hade!!!what should i do? pleac help
me!!
Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day.
Get at least 10 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a day. (spreading it out to 2 or 3
times a day keeps your metabolism up)

Showing off for men is the worst possible thing you can do for your mental
health. Are you really going to let what men think of you dictate how you feel
and whether or not you feel good about yourself?
If you want to lose weight to be healthy, that's great. Eat small meals with
small snacks in between. Eat more vegetables and fruit. Eat fewer sweets.
Exercise. It's that simple.
If you're not motivated to exercise, try many different kinds and see if you can
find one you like.

Ok, first off, anyone who says not to eat or barely eat anything is either
bulimic, or headed down that road. Second, It's going to be REALLY REALLY REALLY
hard to lose weight in just two weeks. Thirdly, you have horrible spelling and
grammar for an 8th grader.
im in 11th grade and i had the same problem. i know that this sounds silly but
listen, drink green tea and basically barely eat anything. also work out

Well, first I think you'd better spend some more time in grammar/spelling
classes, but I think there is very little you can do to loose weight in 2 weeks.
I would like to know, I just spent 16 weeks loosing 25#, just to gain it all
back in 2 days. Please someone has to answer this.

in 2 weeks .. dont expect to lose alot of weight but yuou can lose about 5 lbs
if u really put work into it
1)don't NOT eat .. seriously its stupid .. ur metabloism will shut down .. and
ur gonna end up binging .. and end up gaining more weight
sooo instead u should eat 4 - 5 300 cal meals a day ... dont eat bread or pasta
or sweets .. stick to whole grains, egg whites omlettes, salads, fruits whenever
possible, low fat cottage cheese, yogurt,low fat diary and lean meats ...
eat in moderation and dont deprive urself .. aim for 1300 - 1600 cal a day (for
females)
DRINKS TONS OF WATER .. LIKE NON STOP ....
2)start exercising .. if ur too young to join a gym . .then just start jogging
or walking outside .. its doesnt take alot .. but u'llstart building up ur
endurnace and u'll start running longer and harder .. also at home dedicate half
an hour to stretching, abs workouts and maybe ask ur aprents to buy u a
resistance band or some light weights (very inexpensive ) ... whenever ur
watching tv do some exercises .
also go tanning if u can!! ... it makes ur look slimmer
