I have pretty bad social anxiety but have no
doctor, insurance, or much extra spending money
meditation
How does this affect you exactly? I hope you manage to get better and if you do
manage it without medication then you should be very proud. I'm currently
reading through a book that may help you though it may not be for everybody....
