Sick but i have no idea what??

this is
really weird.
i have bumps all over my body.
my stomach, neck, face.
do u have any idea what it could be?
it mite be an allergy but i dont know to what
please help.
im worried.

Sounds like urticaria a.k.a. Hives. Do they itch? Are they red?
Are you on any medications? Antibiotics? It likely is an allergy but they can
result from stress. If your lips or tongue begin to swell or you develop
difficulty breathing go to the ER as the allergic reaction could be getting
worse. For now benadryl should help and a topical over the counter cortisone
cream
maybe its a new medication your taking..
