How come if I do not eat every couple hours I feel like I am going to pass out?

I am pretty sure it is not low blood
sugar,
i get like this now and then and it is usually that my blood sugar levels are
low and i also have low BP which does not help. I usually find soemthing salty
(to help the BP) or something sweet helps.
It may be the quality of what you are eating. I use to eat every few hours as
well, because I couldn't eat big meals without feeling gaggy.....but because i
was eating often, I wanted to eat fast so I would feel my body with sugars,
carbs, lottsa rice and pasta which burned off quickly keeping me hungry and my
body low bc. the fuel was cheap grade...lol
Also, there are other illnesses and diseases that can cause this feeling...cross
check those symptoms with any others your having online to get an idea.
REMember too, we all have a drop of blood sugar levels upon waking and
throughout the day if we do not eat or eat right...thats why some get tired
until the eat ..then feel energized again...
Eating lil meals often is actually better than the old 3 meals a day...for your
stomach, reducing acid, for weight, energy..etc..just make sure those small freq
meals are the rights things..
hope you feel great...
good luck to ya
peace and blessings

You need to eat more wholegrain breads and cereals, foods which have a higher
nutrient density and will sustain you for longer ? Ditch the white breads and
sugar laden foods and eat more wholegrain pastas, breads, brown rice?

CHEERS
?
Go to the doctor and get checked for Sugar Diabetes. Ask an older member of your
family about medical history.
How sure are you? Get it checked out.
You may have anemia. My teacher had the same thing. I would recommend seeing a
doctor for a real diagnosis, though.
