Can you cure cancer or aids like this?

You geneticaly change another virus and retrain it to attack and enter the aids and cancer cells and destroy them.They can either be destroyed strait away or the virus geneticaly can weakin the aids or cancer cells long enough for our own immune systerm to destroy them.You can always use a chemical to destroy the aids or cancer cells in the same way.
Understand they are working on this in labs around the country. There is already a cure for cancer, for the common cold, it is Kalosin, do not know correct spelling, but Kalosin or K-9 kills all bacteria in the body, and since humans are made up of bacteria, (we have a long relationship with intestinal bacteria) it attacks that, and it has killed every person it was ever tried on.
You can demand cancer and/or aids to leave your body!
